The Galaxy Gang investigates the sighting of a UFO by Mr. Dawson, the biology teacher, and find themselves involved in a close encounter with danger and crime
A wonderful book for middle schoolers that was easy to read and understand the concept that even though some rules were broken by elitist, they can still be prosecuted and made to pay for their crimes.
sometimes you just gotta read some deadass-average never-heard-of early-80s mystery-kid YA Weekly Reader novel in celebration of the formal announcement and acknowledgment of extraterrestrial existence… only me? the funny part is that with it being the early 80s, the characters talk about the existence of aliens and UFOs like it’s a completely impossible solution to the mystery - a couple characters express vague hope that it may be, but ultimately all cogitations of the sort of guillotined quickly out of the conversation. so much so that they didn’t even allow it to be even a potential part of the ending solution and opted for illegal toxic waste dumping instead BOOOOORRRRRRRIIIIING.
quick smooth plain and generally uninteresting. i do love the characters’ names though. easy and satisfying enough as a one-day read.
