I thought they were awesome books. I really got into them and enjoyed all three. I saw the movie after finishing the first and second books. I found it really told the story well for a movie. I wasn't happy with the ending however, but I felt they left themselves very little option so I'm satisfied. I'd recommend it to any who liked the Harry Potter's, the Lord of the Rings, The Sword of Truth series, etc.
