I'd recommend this book to any teacher who wishes to improve upon his/her practice. It is a great reflective tool for teachers, and it forces one to contemplate some serious questions about the practice of teaching.

Accidentally bought a study guide rather than the books, but it worked out as a super shortcut to the main tenets.
