Given its age, the change in materials for waterproofing and the advent of the internet, this book is not that useful except as a basic introduction.

Much of this book comes across as reviews of other books on the topic. It addresses many details & overviews of the planning & building process, but it does not go into as many complete step by step instructions when compared to other titles.
