Santa Baby

Rate this book
Angel Summer is Katie's most popular character. We first met her when she was Britain's No 1 glamour model in Katie's first novel, Angel , and then in Angel Uncovered . Now in Katie's seventh novel, Santa Baby , Angel's glamour days are behind her, she's happily married to Cal and hoping to have another baby. But, as ever, drama is just around the corner, when Angel meets her half sister Tiffany for the first time.

As soon as they meet, Angel and Tiffany feel as if they've known each other for years, and before she knows it, Tiffany is working as a stylist on Angel's TV programme, and going out with Raul, a Brazilian racing driver who has all the girls after him.

If only Angel's sexy bodyguard Sean could be as welcoming. Obviously he has things on his mind, like the kidnap threat hanging over Angel and her daughter Honey. As everyone gathers at Angel and Cal's mansion for Christmas, Sean's defences finally drop. But as he relaxes, Tiffany finds herself in terrible danger.

Born as Katie Infield in Brighton, East Sussex, England on May 22 1978, I changed my last name to Price when my mother Amy remarried. I have an older brother, Daniel, and a younger sister, Sophie.

Although I had many interests when I was younger, a friend suggested that I should pursue a modeling career. So I sent a few shots to an agency and was taken on. I attended loads of castings, had my fair share of negative responses then one day, in a studio next to where I was working, a model failed to turn up for a shoot. The photographer asked around if anyone would be interested in doing a topless shoot… and the rest, as they say, is history!

My topless modeling career took off in 1996 when I appeared in The Sun as part of the ‘Page 3′ pictorial. The legendary section of the tabloid features a different girl each day posing topless. I was the first topless model to grace the Page 3 for a whole week – fully dressed on a Monday, then each day revealing more and more untill Friday – full topless. The exposure boosted my career and I soon became one of the UKs most famous models, under the pseudonym ‘Jordan.’

From there on I graced many magazine front covers , not just in the UK but also across Europe. My popularity soon reached even further afield and I posed for Playboy, landing on the front cover of the September 2002 issue.

I have been through many well-publicised relationships. And my illnesses, including the removal of a tumor from one of my fingers and complications with my pregnancies and family, have been very public.

A no brain power read which is exactly what I expected.

Cheesy, a lot of brand name dropping and predictable.

Also, a lot of spelling mistakes.

Two stars.

Tiffany Taylor is 22; she is single working as a waitress in a busy
pizza restaurant, and she hates her job and is trying to make it as a
stylist but has failed.
Tiffany often feels unwanted and rejected her mother abandoned her when
she was a baby, although she does have a good relationship with her dad
and her step mother.
She has a letter from her mother informing her she has a half sister
Angel Summer (ex glamour model and TV presenter) she sends an
introductory letter, and after successful meeting they hit it off,
they have a DNA test which comes back positive.
Tiffany has her eye on Angels Security man Sean Murphy but are they
just friends?
Tiffany’s life changes but is it for the better?
I have to say I enjoyed this book, it was funny easy to read and
follow, I would recommend this book, although don’t be fooled by the
Christmas cover as Christmas only appears in the book in the last few

Katie Price is a wonderful author. I absolutely love her fiction books! I have marked santa baby as read but i havent completed it yet. I gave it 5 Stars because it follows suit of all her other books which i adore. I bought santa baby last christmas And had so much going on with my life that i barely had any time. I found that the more time flew the more i would need to re.read the previous books to brush up on all the characters and storylines. I did a similar thing with sophi kinsella and her phospholic series. Katie price gives you a glamorous world in all of her books. Celebrities footballers pop stars etc. But shows you that they too have real life problems. Her books are an easy read and very much fun. I have an extensive reading list at the moment but will make sure to review santa baby when i have read it. Thanks. Emma

First things first, before anyone complains: I know this is ghost written. I know this book isn’t loved by everyone but it is loved by me. I have read every single one of Katie Price’s fiction books. I read the first book, Angel when I was about thirteen. Do I like to re read them every now and again? Yes. This book – Santa baby is one of my top favourites of hers.
I have read this book a handful of times and love it every time. I first read this book when it was released in 2011 – when I was 17/18. I own this book in hardback and in eBook form. I never got a round to writing a review but as I have just re read this book, here goes. I love Tiffany. I liked that she had a passion for fashion. I liked that she always put family first. Even when Tiff discovered she had a rich sister and she got her dream job, she didn’t become money obsessed. I liked that Tiff and Angel were able to form a bond and found one another. I adore Sean but I wanted more of him. The chemistry between Sean and Tiffany was clear to see. From the moment they officially met, I wanted them to become a couple.
I liked that Sean finally confessed his feelings and claimed his woman. My only complaint is that I wanted to see more of them as a couple. They only got together in the last thirty pages. I wanted more! I could happily read another story involving Sean and Tiffany. I also liked that Angel took a page out of Tiffs book and visited and forgave their mother.
Other then a handful of mix ups/grammar issues, I found no fault with this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. I hope for more from Tiffany and Sean but I doubt they will get another book.

DNF at 20 %.

I really wanted to like this book, just because of the cover. It’s such a beautiful cover! It really is!!! But the book is soooo hollow! I’m asking myself if I read the same book as all the people here, because I just really think that this is bad writing and the story is dull.

I like to read light but smart chick-lit, with funny and clever characters. But reading about Tiffany and the people around her was like reading something written by a ten-year-old. A lot of brand names, a lot of beauty-talk, bad humor, silly and childish behaviour, and after 70 pages of it all I was just annoyed and disappointed. (And besides, where is Christmas in this book? By the sight of the cover I thought it would be a festive story. :()

Nevertheless I would recommend this book to young girls (age 15 or 16), because I think they could rather identify themselves with Angel and Tiffany.

Katie Price books are one of my favourites to read as I seem to just get on with them so easily and get through them so quickly so when I’m not sure what to read these are what I go for! This story followed Tiffany who ends up being Angel’s sister which I expected to happen but loved how it came about, I love Angel and Tiffany’s relationship in this and just found their bond so great. I loved Tiffany’s relationship with Sean and knew they would end up together in the end. I just found the story so lovely to follow and it ended so perfectly. It was a little slow in certain parts of the book for me which is why I had to rate it 3 stars but overall I loved the story and the characters.

I surprised myself the first time I read one of Katie Prices novels by actually really liking it and this one is the same,I loved it.
There is a really good story of Tiffany and Angel finding out they are half sisters, Angel is a celebrity whereas Tiffany is a young struggling woman so totally different lives but they work well together, they are both so likeable characters and I was routing for Tiffany and Sean the whole way.
I loved Sean's rugged stand offish approach as if they make a relationship too easy then I get bored very quickly.
I will be looking out for more of Katie Prices books.

I really enjoyed the story in this one. Tiffany meets up with the sister she never knew she had. Angel presents a fashion programme on daytime tv- and Tiffany is offered a job as a stylist on the show. They enjoy getting to know each other better. Angel is married to an ex footballer and has a glamorous life style that comes with some security issues.

It was nicely predictable- ending in a snowy christmas!

Santa Baby is a book recommended to read while taking public transport. It is not to pack with suspense, but you will keep on reading til the end. The story is light and funny, while it makes you curious of the other stories about Angel Summer. While Sean catches the eyes of Tiffany, Sean is still trapped in his own past. It takes some time and efforts to get these two together. But it is worth the hassle yea? This book is highly recommended for light reading~

I liked this book and very much like the others in the time I was reading it, it kept me gripped. It took me a little longer to read than usual due to being busy but missed it when I couldn't read it. Really hope katie/ghostwriter brings out another book involving angel, cal, honey, tiffany and Sean as I really enjoy the series, and I am sad to end it. Next up crystal :)

Absolutely brilliant, as are all her books!
Full of modernism, passion, sex, scandal!
Love it.
In all Katie's books I can relate to the characters 100%.
I feel all her books have a glamorous and modern feel, which I love! The perfect book to accompany you in a bath full of bubbles! <3

Why do I read these? Here I was hoping all along that someday in the story Angel would give up the shallow lifestyle and go back to her roots and be an artist. Why do the characters drink so much wine???
