This book is perceived more as a memoir of Shannon, not as what I expected it to be a kind of manual to the material that Shannon is already presenting in the Access Consciousness school. Yet it provides me with an inner look towards Gary, and his background, and how he started it all.

I've listened a few times. It is a good book but I've overdosed on Access Consciousness and all their swearing.
