While this book will be an ongoing project for me, I'm reviewing now because I've already read it.

If you like to chronicle you're life and love to analyze you're life then this is the book for you! It's most definitely the book for me ;)

It got only 4 stars from me, however, because some of the lists are pointless and feel like a list just for the sake of a list.
Like listing the way the full moon affects me? That's not really something I know! I'm not a werewolf. Other people would probably notice more how it affects me, not me.

but! I look forward to be filling this out for years to come.

I first used this book in 2002 or so and I find myself coming back to it and "More List Your Self" a couple times a year. I've been keeping diaries and journals since I was around 10, but I had a couple journals stolen in 2001 and haven't been able to get back into the regular habbit of writing in one since. These books enable me to still write my thoughts and feelings down and to see how things have changed over the years.

I got this book because I scrapbook. I can also use it as a writing teacher to give prompts to my students. This is basically a book you write yourself, based on suggested topics. Some topics are weird, but many are intriguing. I can't wait to start.

This book is really fun. My wife and I take turns picking lists, then fill them out separately. It's fun to see our separate lists. We give this away for weddings.
