I have read previous books from this author. 5 books and 6 including this one. I was really disappointed in this book as the rules were so blatantly obvious that they didn’t need to be put into a book. I felt that the author has just written another book to keep on writing but it served no educational purposes and was frankly quite annoying and cringe worthy. It’s almost as if someone had typed into chat GPT, please give me 100 rules for living life that is on the fence and agrees with everyone’s opinion. There was no thought process to living well at all. Just many obvious and out of date examples of situations.
It felt like clichéd advice but that does not take away from the message of the book. It’s a pretty easy read not hard to comprehend. It took me 12 days to get through the book. I enjoyed the learning section and the challenge section had some solid advice especially the 96 and 97th rule. 3/5
