This is a wonderful little book! Sure, it is ancient, but it is still as relevant today as it was way back when it was written, around 1979, I believe. It is probably the oldest book on my night stand, and amazingly, even though I have read it dozens of times, it is still in like new condition. What's that?? I am supposed to review the CONTENT, not the book itself? Oh, OK!

There is not much to say other than READ IT! It is very concise and to the point. So of course he quotes Strunk and White's Elements of Style. In fact, the quotes at the beginning of each chapter and sprinkled liberally throughout have stuck with me over the years and are among my favorites.

All in all, a great forerunner to books like David Allen's Getting Things Done.

One of the best books I ever read in my life. It has changed me a lot and helped to improve my skills. Until now I go back to it to remind myself of the things I have learned and I use it also to train and develop my team members.
