As a Certified Salesforce.com Administrator, I found this book to be extremely helpful and full of helpful tips.

I liked the step-by-step design considerations for setting up and customizing Salesforce CRM.

The Analytics section had a lot of best practices and advice related to analyzing data using reports, dashboards, custom reports,etc..

There was even a section about Chatter which I found very useful.
