It took me several weeks to read through this simple book. Why? Because this is a book that demands slow, careful, and intentional reading. Claire has such a heart for God, and it shows through every chapter. It felt like I was sitting at her kitchen table, drinking an endless supply of tea with her as she told me stories of God's faithfulness and tender-loving care over her life and over mine.
Her writing opened my eyes to God's hand in my life, and I have a feeling I will be returning to this book again and again in the future. I haven't even done any of the prayer prompts at the end of each chapter, so I am excited to go through and fully experience this book again.
