It isn't a well-organized non-fictional book, It is more a Q&A section among the author and different readers in which the author answered different questions on Chinese history, politic, culture and norms, etc.
The author's criticism on Chinese cultures and the bad behaviors of many Chinese is harsh, but I have to agree his criticism and his observation are quite spot-on from time to time.
