Zack's a straight guy with a party to go to and no head for fashion, so he's more than happy to accept his gay roommate Corey's help with his wardrobe. But even wearing Corey's scarlet shirt, Zack's not enjoying the party… not until Corey needs his help evading a jealous ex. Zack's plan brings him up close and personal with Corey on the dance floor, and brings the feelings he's been trying to deny to a head. For someone in the right mood, this might be a fine story. For me today, I would have liked more development of the story. In the beginning the writing was a bit stilted and overall Corey and Zach lacked in the chemistry-department. 2.5*

What happens when a hitherto straight man admits he might be attracted to his gay roommate? This short, fast read gives one possible answer.

Zack is not just clueless about fashion, he also has no idea what to do when he's inexplicably attracted to his roommate, Corey. I liked the description of Zack's surprise at his feelings, his total lack of knowing what to do about it. He doesn't really shy back from what he feels, but he doesn't know how to move forward either. Luckily, Corey is more experienced and knows just what to do once he's sure that Zack means it. Very hot.

Zack is getting ready to go to a party with his gay roommate and friend Corey. He recently broke up with his girlfriend, but he’s realized that Corey is more his style. However Corey is determined to get his straight friend laid and gives him a new red shirt which he’s sure is the ticket. Despite Corey throwing every hot chick at the party his way, Zack’s not into it and eventually heads home figuring he’ll find Corey with a date, but he’s home alone and concerned Zach is upset with him. It’s a steamy friends to lovers story that I enjoyed.
