I usually don't read books (habitual to read online) but this book left a strong impression on me. I started looking at life from different perspective. A must read for one and all.

Ultimate Book on a part of Yoga that is Pranayama. Dr Renu explained in very technical way that why the pranayama is beneficial for us and How energy flows during pranayama. A must read.

Excellent book on breathing information.

It's a nice reference book for the persons who want to practicise pranayama. Very elaborately written. One must read this book.

Great work

Dr Mahtani has really gone into details of every aspect of Pranayam i.e. science behind it, process as well as benefits. Strongly recommend.

Must read to transform life

An excellent book by a physician with knowledge of medical science and yoga and their inter action for excellent mental and physical health.

I've always done pranayama but I didn't understand it better any day as I've done after reading this book. One of the best books solely focused on the science of pranayama. Though author gets repetitive, but it won't bore you. I'll conclude it by saying that it's a life changing book.

Best book or a eye opener about the pranayama

This is amazing book and I think that every body needed to read this book because I really practice all the tips given in this book and it feel this book is amazing.
So go for it
