This is essentially a short introduction to essay writing.
Unfortunately, it was only 'okayish' at best.
Some parts of the book, which focus on essay writing and structure are extremely valuable and gives you clear idea about writing.
The remaining parts, specifically the ones which focus on research and scheduling are the ones which you can easily avoid and are not worth reading at all.

Moreover some contents might be irrelevant too as the second edition was published in 2012.

Ultimately, it does not share the standard of other books published by Oxford University Press.
