Bitsy

Bitsy is the smallest of the beaver family. She wants to help build the dam too. But her little teeth can’t chop down a tree. There is nothing she can do to help. Then... just as the dam is almost done, a leak springs out. Only a little stick will solve the problem, and little Bitsy is the perfect one to help!

Busy family of beavers building a dam. Everyone is helping, including Bitsy, although being so young it is tough to cut down those thick branches. With the modeling of parents, Bitsy learns that soon enough she will be able to cut down those branches. In the meantime, she finds the one just right to finish the dam.

The board book is shaped differently than most board books. I like the longer, thinner style. The illustartions are great, styled of old-school.
