She is thwarted during the day by a traffic jam of cats on the stairway and a puppy who insists on walks, but she bravely perseveres..

Cute story!
Dane is a matchmaker, he is very talented and sought after, but he won't work for Vampires.
Well, as you can guess, he gets over his aversion to Vampires pretty quickly.
I loved Grandma! LOL
I did think the story really needed to be a bit longer, the third in their partnership was only on page for a very small time and I had some unanswered questions, like will Dane's life now match the Vamps, considering what Granny had to do lengthen her life?!
All in all a light easy quick ménage story.

This story was definitely to short. I would really like to read it more with deeper developed plot. I was pulled into the story instantly and damn, if it wasn't great as long it lasted. Dane was comical character, I liked him. But the plot was to simple and to undeveloped, why ? I don't know the logic of this writing style.

I don't like menage stories. This book was great until that little piece was unraveled. If I had known ahead of time I probably would not have read it. Otherwise it was a nice novella.

This story charmed me with a great sense of humor, some hilarious situations, and a set of characters that is as amazing as it is disquieting. The idea of a matchmaker with magical abilities made the reading experience interesting, and his steady refusal (or rather, inability) to see his own match made for some truly funny situations.
Dane, who tells the story in first person, is a man full of surprises. I love how people underestimate him then he surprises or even shocks them when he pulls something unexpected. He also has a wonderful sense of humor, and a rather unique view of the paranormal world. His powers are unusual, and the friends he has made even more so. They make a wonderful cast of protectors, as well as one particularly nasty villain.
Zephen, a powerful vampire lord, doesn’t seem to stand a chance with Dane, but he doesn’t let that stop him in the least. His perseverance and determination are inspiring, and he is extremely hot to boot. What more could Dane possibly want? Interestingly, there is something more – but you’ll have to read the story to see what that is for yourself.
If you like hot vampires, a human with some magical abilities and a sense of humor that will make you smile, and if matchmaking fascinates you, this story is one you might like.

I'm not sure how I missed the menage disclaimer either. I was really loving this story because Dane and Zephen were so perfect together, but then Theron's appearance into their relationship (which wasn't until more than halfway through the book) kind of derailed things for me. I still really liked the story because of the uniqueness of Dane's matchmaker abilities and would have liked it to have been longer, but I also wish it had remained just Dane and Zephen in the relationship because Theron didn't really grow on me.

2.5-3 stars. Cute story, but I had no idea this was a menage. (which is my own fault since it says it on the website! don't know how I missed that) Great for a quick, easy read.

Matchmaker by Amber Kell it is at best Just a bite of a story not a full meal but if you have extra money to splurge you won't be regreting it by the time you get to the end...Short & Sweet and full of laughter is not advertised but it will deliver...... It is a standalone book but I am sincerely hoping for Amber to revisit it one day and turn it into a series; a girl needs laughter in her life and this book did deliver in that department. In 53 pages Amber was able to introduce us to a world with shifters and Vamps even Demons and other fascinating Paranormals. It is almost like a synopses for an upcoming full fledged series (just my wishful thinking). So much potential in such a little bite. So if you have a short break and want to read this is the book for you. 3 star only due to its page count not material.

Dane Sanders is a true matchmaker with the powers to back up his claims. He sees auras that help him to match people to their mates. Dane helps a lot of shifters, but has thus far avoided vampires after vampires murdered his family. This book in my opinion had a lot of potential for a very interesting book. I thought the matchmaker concept was really great and I was very into it. Unfortunately, the length really held this book back from being fully developed. It seemed that everything was really rushed at the end and Dane was thrown into a relationship with his mates, Theron and Zephen, and we never really got to know Zephen at all. Dane got over his hatred of vampires in about one page. I think this could have been an excellent full length novel.

2012 Review:
Cute, fun story. Very much in keeping with the author’s original style and thus both entertaining and somewhat lacking in depth or emotional connection (to me). I had not expected it to turn into a triad, either, but that went fine. The entire thing had an unfinished feel to it, though.
It’s nice that she does not prolong her sex scenes unnecessary or even fills her stories with them overmuch. As with threats, sex can be handled in a few paragraphs. Just like that. XD It’s so refreshing.

I liked this one but was really short (like many of hers).
Would have liked more from the vampires. Theron didn't grow on people cause we didn't know anything about him. what he is like or acts cause it ends too soon.. Should have had at least another chapter with all three together. In stead of just the back seat of limo.
Unless it's this short so it can be expanded, re-edited and released again later.

This was going along fairly well and then the third mc was thrown in. Our pov mc disappears for a while, leaving the other two mcs together and getting to know each other (all off page) and then the pov mc comes back and the three are instantly together and having sex. Had the third mc not been there or had there been any actual story with the three of them together other than a sex scene, I might have liked this more.

Sex cold, mechanics, read like a manual.
The threesome happen after half of the book.
No real development between Dane and Zephen. And absolutely no interaction between Zephen and Theron. They have sex with Dane but not nothing between them. It's not really a threesome.
The book stop abruptly at 85% (the norm for this publisher)

Loved the story. Loved it a lot. Still, I can't give it more than three stars with clear conscience, even though I would like to give more. The story flowed well but suddenly it was cruelly cut off. It totally killed my mood. This is a perfect example of a story that has a potential to fill a lot more pages than it did (and easily get five stars), while not loosing the quality.

Absolutely adorable. A spunky matchmaker has to work with vampires, the one type of creature he has always refused to work with. Of course doing so leads him to finding his own matches. Poly stories are always nice, and this one goes about it in just the right way. The story is cute and the world is well-thought out. I just wish it was longer or there were more stories in the world.

This was a super cute, very sweet story! I really liked the characters and the writing in this one. I just wish there was more! I would definitely read more with these characters.

An interesting story, but far too short. Things happened quickly, and I would have liked it to be much more spread out and detailed. Would love to see more of these three.
