The Generations Project

For some years now, churches in Singapore have been experiencing an exodus of younger members from their midst. In response to this, Graceworks was invited by some churches to help older leaders understand the world of the young so that they could minister to them in ways that took seriously their cultural shaping. We soon began to realise that since the Christian faith called for a mutuality in relationships, we also needed to help the young understand those who were older.

With that, we shifted the trajectory of the project to encompass the other generations present in our churches, with a particular hope that God will use our research to enable more life-giving intergenerational relationships in our churches.
