wouldn’t it be nice

This one was hard for me to give a rating.
Lots of platitudes. Lots of generic information that I feel like everyone should know. But that being said, everything in here is legit and it is put together very well. And even though I feel like everyone should know this stuff, let’s be honest, do any of us really apply this type of thing? So I guess I have a love-hate relationship with this sort of book. In theory, we know we need to apply everything here, but in reality, do we do it?

I think the book still deserves a high rating because the information is solid, well put together, and legit.

Empowering book

This book teaches one to deal with past pain, toxic relationships, rejection, and unmet expectations and not bring it to other relationships. It can be useful even for couples to understand each other and set healthy boundaries.
