The only full chapter I have read is the one on applications. Other than that, I have only read certain parts which I needed to solve specific PDE problems. Nevertheless, I find the book (or at least the parts I have read) to be well-written and I recommend this book as a reference when one needs to look up certain properties of Bessel functions.
