Fire is alive.
In every sense of the word, it's a living thing. Fire is such a fragile creature. In its youth, a single misplaced breath can snuff it out. But that young spark has more growth potential than a mustard seed. Just ask Chicago. Half of the city burned to the ground because of a single loose flame.
It'll live forever if you feed it. If you give it enough air. That's why I love it so. One book of matches can bring down an entire neighborhood.
My friends say I'm delusional, but I prefer the term 'pyromaniac'.

Really enjoued this book. I liked how it played out all the details, and I enjoyed the ending, too.
