This book is no joke. Phenomenal job search advice, especially for tips on the interview section. All the details I'd never have thought of... the intereview questions are thorough and incredibly helpful. Reading this book helped me see how I'd messed up interviews past and helped me ace interviews after. Since I read and re-read this book, I've been offered every job I've interviewed for - whereas my earlier track record was much spotttier. In fact... you should read this even if you're not looking, good client interaction advice.
I think I might've only read 1/2 of this, but it's not the kind of book to read all the way through cover to cover. I read it while I tried to figure out what I wanted to do. 8 months of freedom and I was bored to tears. This book helped write the resumes and cover letters. Pretty good.
I skimmed the book because most of it does not apply to me. Gives a lot of helpful information for job-seekers, including answering the tough questions.

This is an excellent book for job hunters or anyone with a career goal. It has so many helpful ides and suggestions. Everyone can get a lot out of this book with its many topics and examples.
One of my favorite job search resources. I have used this when seeking employment during my advertising days. I haven't looked at it during the years I am running my own companies..like I am now. But I recommend this to everyone I know. Also, I find the Five O'clock Club titles important for job hunting and consulting support.
