Wong Kiew Kit is a fourth generation successor from the Southern Shaolin Monastery in China (not to be confused with the more commonly known Shaolin Monastery in Henan Province) and is a grandmaster of Shaolin Kung Fu and Qigong. He is also the head of the Shaolin Wahnam Institute.
A very well written book about Chi Kung (QiGong). Wong Kiew Kit is a master trained in China and puts forward very clear instructions on how to approach and practice the art. Mast Wong Kiew Kit puts emphasis on the spiritual awareness of Chi Kung and not just the physical movements. I found the book and the exercises very powerful. Although I have read the book I still reference it for clarity on practices and exercises.
