Hell's Brigade: Vietnam and Its Heroes the Green Berets
A collection of 10 stories from the pre-escalation stage in Vietnam, mostly involving Green Berets. The stories cover a variety, including the defense of Ashau, a captain who called in a napalm strike on his own position, and an air rescue of a pilot forced down at an outpost under fire. Especially interesting is a look at the PsyOps program and a translated diary of a VC officer.
