The Creation of a Consciousness Shift

Rate this book
Humanity is at a crossroads, where it has to decide whether it wishes to live in a bright future or a dystopian dark age. By making a decision one way or the other, humanity is creating its reality. Through the power of the heart and mind, humanity has the ability to create a global and transpersonal shift in consciousness to a much higher level. This book demonstrates that such a wide-reaching shift is possible through the realization that everything and everyone is interconnected.

By giving the knowledge and tools necessary for the creation of a consciousness shift, the collective consciousness can be affected in such a way that each individual can help in creating a massive global consciousness shift. Several tools, methods, and guidelines are provided to help bring about such a monumental change.

This is an inspiring guide that teaches how to experience collective evolution through personal transformation.

Definitely a worthwhile read for anyone getting started with mindfulness, meditation or simply wanting to develop a better understanding of the role that self-consciousness plays in one's state of mind and overall state of being/happiness. Paul has a very readable writing style and he avoids much of the technical or wordy jargon often found in spiritual or psychological books. My only complaint was there were more spelling mistakes in this one book, often many in a single chapter, than possibly a dozen books combined! This was somewhat distracting, especially when they were grouped close together.

This is a relatively short book but it took me a while to get through it because each chapter was a profound read. While some chapters were very technical and abstract in regards to achieving enlightenment and self-realization, most of the book left a large impact on how I view myself in relation to the reality of the world.

This book holds a powerful message and clear reminder on how interconnected humans are and affirms what I personally believe in the faith I follow. This is one book I’ll be thinking about for a long time.

I wanted this book to provide more actionable ways to achieve the greater consciousness described. It spends more timing proving the possibility and listing the benefits than anything else. Outside of consistent mediation and positive attitude, there is little else I’m taking away from this book.

Good book. However, being a Buddhist it's nothing new. I have read of this sort of thinking many times through various Buddhist books. Ideal for a beginner though. To see the world through the delusion that materiel things bring lasting happiness. I'd recommend it.
