Dale Wasserman was an American playwright.

His protagonists are a bit like Wasserman himself: raffish rebels, fiercely independent fools—poets, madmen and misfits—societal outcasts who defy authority and "tilt at windmills," reluctant heroes (sometimes anti-heroes), who are called upon to make some extraordinary sacrifice in order to protect or preserve their personal freedom or that of others.

ENGLISH: I've watched it in the RTVE archive. I hadn't watched or read it before. It's a curious comedy, based on the idea that a writer of comedies decides to write a lost tragedy by Shakespeare to prove his worth, and then is unable to convince people that he wrote it.

ESPAÑOL: La he visto en el archivo de Estudio-1. No la había visto ni la había leído antes. Es una comedia curiosa, basada en la idea de que un escritor de comedias decide escribir una tragedia perdida de Shakespeare para demostrar su valía, y luego no consigue convencer a nadie de que fue él quien la escribió.
