All of us try to make ourselves attractive - as individuals, companies, places and countires. What we offer others is hostmanship. This book seeks to inspire people who work with people. When people meet, hostmanship occurs - and we all have a part to play.
Book was amazingly inspirational. After reading it I am much more concious about the interaction that happens between employees and guest, and how hostmanship is (not) focussed on within a company. The book is full of concrete examples of how you can make every experience the best for the your guest.
