My mom used to read this book to my little brother every time they were in the waiting area during my orthodontist appointments, and he was very pleased when we found a copy at a used bookstore and brought it home. We all have fond memories of this book, and although I'm not sure what its availability is now, it is a classic for kids who love big vehicles.

This is now my son’s favorite book (but that honor fluctuates day by day).
It’s a simple read with lots of pictures to practice object identification!

This little book is written from the little engines point of view. My boys always liked fire trucks and they all became volunteer fire fighters when they grew up. This is a cute book with good pictures and descriptions.

My grandson enjoyed this book - especially the fire dog.

2024 update - My second grandson had me read this multiple times during our last visit. :-)
