This is just a spicy slice of life for Marie and Neil, a happily married couple. So ofen stories are about a couple meeting and getting together – this is about a married couple living out their kinkily ever after.
They’ve been married a few years and are experimenting with BDSM together, both of them taking naturally to their roles. Neil has built a dungeon downstairs in the basement and hasn’t allowed Marie to see it. Now, they have a free afternoon while their daughter is at school and he’s bought her a gift and intends to try out their new dungeon.
I loved this. Marie and Neil are a very realistic couple – they have a daughter, Marie is doing the laundry and it’s nice to see a sexy little interlude based very much in reality. They have one very sexy afternoon in their new dungeon – Neil is very creative. Marie is practically drooling at the equipment he’s installed and who can blame her??
So, an afternoon on the spanking bench is what follows and it’s super steamy and smexy and chocolatey!! . Neil is a caring and nurturing dom and Marie, naturally submissive. Smoking hot little novella and I’d like to read more of Marie and Neil trying out their new toys.

Chains and Chocolate is . . . well, and erotic tale of chains and chocolate. You can’t be any more up front with the reader than that! Actually, this is a sweetly (pun intended) erotic story with a real-life twist that makes it more accessible to a novice reader, while still managing to entertain the most experience hardcore BDSM aficionado.
Here we have Marie, a young woman who has always dreamed of submitting to the perfect Master, and who has worked to bring her boyfriend into the fantasy. Initially reluctant, seeing it as a depraved, perverted, unnecessarily harsh activity, Neil’s resistance slowly crumbled before his wife’s insistence. With some heavy training behind them, the now happily married couple have moved into the dream house and are ready to christen their personal dungeon.
This is a story of a relationship brought closer through the shared joys of dominance and submission. It’s not just a story of a power exchange, but of an emotional exchange as well. It’s a very intimate story as well, taking place in the home, between two people who clearly love each other very much. There’s no public humiliation involved, no club scene, and no exaggerated fetish lifestyle. The story begins with the domestic banality of doing laundry, and ends with the domestic eroticism of melted chocolate in the kitchen. Want some kinky sex with your husband and afraid how it may turn out? Do you think he'll be disgusted? Afraid he'll think you are a freak? If you don't ask, you will never know. Marie took that step two years ago. Since then, her husband Neil ran with it and we are treated to a hot and smexy BDSM scene between the two.
I liked this story because it is realistic and the couple has a child. This doesn't stop them from their sexual escapades. Nor does the author lecture us about how to hide it from the kid. Instead, she cleverly describes the actions of Marie to show how the couple still has a BDSM relationship while raising a child.
I enjoyed the smexy BDSM scenes as well as the cellar Neil creates for the two of them to play. This is an ultimate fantasy of mine, to create my own little dungeon in my basement with my spouse. To read a short story where a couple does just this pulls me in and I'm betting it has many a woman wishing the same. While Marie and Neil's playroom may be a bit too intense for some, for me it contains everything I want. I'd love to be a voyeur watching them too. What really made this story was Neil listening to his wife Marie's needs and working together to satisfy their sexual desires.
I recommend this short smexy book to BDSM lovers who may have given up hope to bring some spice into their life. Don't give up.

This is a very descriptive BDSM story but it's also rather endearing. It's a day in the life of a loving married couple who have a passionate sexual relationship.
I was quite surprised by this book. At first I didn't know if I could get into it because my usual preference is a story that takes me on an emotional and physical adventure and has a little more tension and isn't about a happily married couple. But as I kept reading, I found myself wanting to read more. I wanted to trade places with Marie, especially after they moved down to the dungeon. I felt like I was right there, sharing the experience. This story is a keeper for me. I will not be deleting it from my Kindle anytime soon.
I will definitely read more by Bonnie Bliss. If you enjoy a super sexy BDSM read, you should NOT let this book pass you by. The story is a decent length, well-written, and got me very warm. :)

Bonnie does it again with her well written books. I loved how it shows a married couple that can actually start out not into BDSM and then she finally gets her Husband into. I love the BDSM and how much he is taking care of her and comf her afterwards. it was a short read but it was alot of fun in that time:)

Very very hot and spicey BDSM book. You need to be 18 and over for this read. Wow someone turn on a fan it's getting hot in here. A wife and husband having lots of fun in and out of their dungeon :D Wonderful story for those of you who enjoy hot books :D

The story was good but I can't rate this any higher because it needs a good proofread. I was constantly being pulled out of the story because of sentence fragments, comma splices and other errors. Maybe it's not an issue when bought elsewhere, but I got this from the Kindle store. Same goes for the next story in this series.
