Changing Lives Through Redecision Therapy
Redecision Therapy is based on the premise that, through goal-setting and the reenactment of important childhood scenes, we may change our future and gain control of our lives. This revised and updated edition includes the innovative treatment techniques developed by the Gouldings, plus new material on short-term treatment for victims of childhood sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, and advice on how to utilize the strengths of each client to enhance and support therapy.

A fascinating, practical and very readable volume by two of the masters of redecision therapy. Despite its publication date, it doesn't seem especially dated. Lots of transcribed dialogue with clients and a good measure of humour make this book a fun, entertaining read as well as an enlightening one. Really glad I read this.

I read this book many years ago in the early 1990's. I've been using redecision therapy and similar techniques ever since. This is one of the best books in self-help providing a practical tool for healing.

This book is essential to be read by anyone who is a parent or planning to be a parent. So much to learn, so many eye opening materials that can prevent years of pain. I highly recommend this book.

This translation is absurd. The book itself is just alright, probably much more useful if you intend to work with gestalt therapy.
