Been looking for copy of book since 2012. Amazon, kobo and local retailers have no availability but say it has been published. What is up with that? Would love to buy a copy but no I cannot because it does not exist. Please make at least an electronic version to buy if you do not intend to make paperback as a lot of people want to read this book.
