This is one of the most fascinating books I have come across in years. The Reekast family comes alive! Seeing the pictures and learning their story was a wonderful view into life on the Boston Harbor Islands "way back when." I'd highly recommend this, not only to adults, but for youngsters interested in history and the sea.
I loved it.
