Read as part of my course - at the time of reading, there were a couple of chapters that are now outdated. I also found some chapters challenging to finish, due to how it was written. However, the book undoubtedly establishes Scotland’s Legal System, and as much of the relevant information that one would need to know. Overall, it was a helpful tool that contributed to passing my course.
