It's a beautiful book that corroborates to the real idea of peace and human unity propagated by all religions but at some point, the book fails to keep the reader engrossed. The lectures about meditation are enlightening but in the later part, the book becomes repetitive and the writer has nothing new to offer. I appreciate Rajinder Singh ji's effort to cultivate seeds of peace among people of all religions through practice of meditation and prayers. It's worth a read once.
This book ask us for a practical approach of peace for oneself and for the world. The author has explained the simple ways that one can practice while sitting or having an idle time in office, home etc. I fine this very helpful as it has cleared many things for me.
