Great book, delivers on its promise of highlighting the value of performance management (in its broader definition) for business who aspire to excel and truly understand their position.

The scope of Gary Cokins' latest book was extended by risk management and environmental reporting (corporate social reporting). Author very highly appraise role of managerial accounting in process of strategy execution due to possibility of latter to find information for making of fact-based decisions.
I highly recommend this book (review of performance management framework) as perfect source of ideas and tools for managing enterprise in right way.
