Good read

Basics presented in a detailed organized manner. A little dated in terms of the current state of martial arts, but still wort a look.

This is a fairly basic introduction to simple Kenpo concepts. It seemed really short. I read the Kindle version, so I'm not sure how many pages it really is. For the price it does not seem like a good value. The first two volumes in the series would not combine to be a single worthwhile purchase.

This is mainly good for Kenpo enthusiasts that want to read stuff they already know as written by the founder of the system. The history of Kenpo is the best part of the first two volumes.
