i mean, sorta. the amishness of this porn is not as ramped-up as i would have liked...
i think the author missed a few opportunities here, just in terms of the giggles we could have gotten over amish clothing-fasteners. no zippers! too proud!! no buttons! too showy!! spend a little time on the undress, give me some hot hook-and-eye action.

This was a free download, which, combined, with a few good reviews from friends persuaded me to dive in and give it a try.
The naughtiness of a relationship between two young cousins in in a strictly religious society is greatly enhanced by the fact that if 'Da' catches them, there'll be, almost literally, Hell to pay!

It doesn't take a lot of imagination to work out what ensues, but it makes for a great short, hot story.

In The Barn is a delightfully naughty story whose innocence leads you for overlook the taboo pseudo-incestuous nature of the subject matter. It is the story of young step-siblings that are learning to shed their inhibitions and explore their sexuality in a sexually repressive Amish community. While the characters of Sarah and Eli are almost a bit too naive, it is none-the-less a nice, short story freebie that leaves you curious as to where these two might explore next if given a chance and could easily serve as the foundation to a much larger story! Yes, the story is short and not overly developed, as some have pointed out, but read the story for what it is and what it is intended to be, a simple, FREE introduction to the author's works!

I read this 'taboo' short story by Selena Kitt and I got mad with her. If I had paid for this, I would have asked for my money to be refunded. Luckily the day i nabbed it, it was a freebie. This short story on kindle shows 496 locations, in my eyes decent short story about 30 mins or so read, just enough for a lunch break.
So story starts at 8% or location 39 and is completed by 40% or location 200 of the 496. Yes, it didn't quite make one third of the downloaded content. I was so cross.
Yet, I really rate her stories. I think she is one of the better story tellers. From her Heidi and the Kaiser, Mother Goose, to the ménage Baugartners and so on, great stories. Yet when up to two thirds of a download can be ads or intro chapters to her other works...which personally I never read and can't stand seeing more than a brief product description and I know I'm not the only one.
So this came up on the Amazon BDSM search engine....duh!
It is sweet, coming of age, between an adopted brother, stepbrother, and step sister and becoming aware of their sexuality and their own bodies with masturbation to start, yet being Amish it is seen as a sin by their sect, i aslk you, a sin...poor fooled souls. Wait... they're cousins!! I kind of like this better than On the Bus and Under the Stars, though Under the stars is hotter than this one. I wanted to buy the taboo collection but the novellas... it's too short and it feels like a waste of money... sorry. I'll probably wait for someone to share it with me.

This was an okay-ish story about a girl who catches her brother masturbating, so joins in. I just don't get why anyone would want to have sex with their brother/sister, and the fact that they talk about how it's 'not a sin' is ridiculous! I'm actually quite disappointed. Selena Kitt is my favourite erotica author, but this book just wasn't as good as most of her other work. I expected better.
This book was still written quite well, but it was too short. There was something missing from the story. I still recommend that you try if you have not tried any other books by Selena Kitt, but if you have you will probably be as disappointed as me. Try Under Mr Nolan's Bed if you are looking to read a Selena Kitt book!

One of the challenges I'm in this month is about Taboos. While this contains no BDSM, it does contain a slightly taboo subject - brother and sister getting it on. Since there is no blood relations, I've flagged this as psuedo-incest. The story is really short - I think shorter than the proposed twenty five pages. It's not all too taboo. It moved very fast with virgins playing with themselves and then each other. It was just okay for me.

This story was well written but, entirely too short. i think with a little more it would have gotten at least 4 stars I just felt that it was over before it began and I do not think it was even the 23 pages that Amazon says it is. Good Writing.

So this was a free ebook read, maybe 10 pages max. I think it had A LOT of potential. Not only are they "stepsiblings", they're Amish for crying out loud! You probably aren't supposed to have sex till marriage and them maybe not even enjoy it then. So like double taboo right there.
This could have been such a good book (better than "Naughty Bits" even) if the story was enlarged, that they kept doing it, and I would have wanted a HEA where their parents let them get married.
