Lately, I've been one to try and seek a path. Or at least figure out if I'm on a path. Or near a path. Or at least, which fork in the path I should venture down. I figure it's never a waste of time to evaluate and really be conscious of where you are at in your life. There have been times that I'm completely confident and have asked no questions. And there have been times - at this particular moment in my life that is - where everything is in a shade of vague. All is questioned, all is unclear and all is uncertain. That's where I lose my confidence and complete sense of direction. So it never hurts to ask for directions.

This book all in all wasn't bad. It does give some great ideas and some actual practical things to try. It really makes you realize that you ultimately choose everything. That's scary.... and exciting. It really does mean that there's no where but up. Ever wonder how some people seem to have it all fall in their laps? How some seem to never falter or have those off times? To think that it's all a matter of mind over matter - that you can control.. that anyone can control their ultimate destiny - is really exciting. The hardest part will be overcoming all those personal demons that like to keep you down and out. With those techniques, I plan on getting rid of them for good!

I deserve it!

This is a good self-help book for beginners because it offers an introduction to a variety of techniques and teachers. Because it doesn’t get into great depth with any one teacher, pursuing any one path will require you to look elsewhere and probably pay for an in-depth reference a particular subject, as listed in his Resources section. There is, however, a fairly complete beginner’s section on EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

Bob Doyle writes simply and understandably, and provides writing exercises for the reader to find their passion, empower their passion. etc. There’s also a guide to meditation and a useful guide to writing about your ideal life as a method of planning and visualizing it. In “Answers to Questions that You Will Have” he provides information about removing resistances, though not all methods necessarily apply to everyone. His tone is encouraging, and he presents himself as a peer who has developed his own passion into his way of life by working on himself.

Great Book to help your life

This book has great information about the law of attraction. I have read many books on the subject and this book has helped me a lot by not only referencing other authors but by showing release techniques to help with Regression of energy and different energies that need to be released. I think this book has a lot of great information and really helped me during a time of change and I really appreciate the author and all they have done to help people discover the creative laws .

Cevirisini okudugum icin bana cevirisi oldukca anlamasi zor geldi. Daha yalin bir dil tercih edilebilirdi. Ancak orijinali belki bu sekildedir. Bilemiyorum. Kitabin anlattigi 3-4 temel konu oldukca uzun uzadiya anlatilmis. Pek surukleyici degil. Hatta ayni oldu kitapta 20-25 kere olunca bazi anlar bitirsem de kitabi kaldirsam hissiyati olusturuyor. Cok tercih edilesi bir kitap sayilmaz.

Bob Doyle is one of the speakers featured in The Secret that caught my attention. I liked the energy he showed in the movie and after listening to this I like him even better.

Aside from expanding the Law of Attraction I also loved his explanation about how we attract unsavory things in our lives. What resonated with me the most was the concept of "deserving" something. I'm one of those who carry a lot of anxiety, guilt, etc in my head and heart because I'm a perfectionist and very critical of myself. Although I'm not there yet, Bdoyle helped give me tools to deal with those and I've started practicing some of it especially the EFT routine (which I'm loving).

I will listen to this again, there's so many golden nuggets here and I want to absorb and take to heart a few lessons I missed the first time.

There's some great information on the Law of Attraction and helpful tips as well. This book helped me to understand this Law much more deeply than other books I've picked up on the subject. And I actually plan to use the tools *every day* from now on (there's a free 14 minute meditation online, that's link is at the end of the book, as well). So, I highly recommend this book. That being said, the editing (or lack thereof) was pretty awful and the writing style informal (which was OK really; just don't expect a professional-writer quality). Given that the subject matter isn't the easiest to put into words, he presents it clearly and in a fresh way. It's one of those books that I want to re-read to see what else I can glean from it.

Wow, wow, wow!!

So far, this is one of the BEST books on LOA I've read.

Doyle breathes new life into what LOA means and teaches us how to incorporate it into our daily lives. He also addresses all the naysayers of LOA and gives some solid insight into its validity!

I have read about a half dozen books on LOA and this one is so far my favorite.
Others have been "Law of Attraction Plain and Simple" - Sonia Ricotti
"Spiritual Liberation" - Michael Bernard Beckwith, "The Secret" - Rhonda Byrne "Manifest Your Destiny" - Dr. Wayne Dyer

All were very good, but I would rate this one #2.
"Manifest your Destiny" by Dr. Dyer would be #1 for me... written in 2009... LOA principles long before The Secret!

This book offers basic explanations about the law of attraction and introduces a variety of method and techniques to release resistance and visualize. Not everybody will agree with everything in this book and not all the techniques might prove useful or work for every single individual but most reader might find find something useful to implement or contemplate.
At the end under the coning label of resource Bob Doyle try his marketing strategies on his readers. and of course he doesn't forget to imply that the reader should be tithing their income to him, possibly in hopes that some practicing Jews or Christians fall for it!

Sometimes you need a reminder that everything is connected and that if you are open to it good things happen. The book didn't give any revelations, but did make me consider decisions consciously and I enjoyed the exercises. I bumped into a couple of interesting people while I was reading the book and was full of positivity, which reaffirmed some of what the book is trying to say. I also have a lovely mood board to show for it :-)

The book explains in great detail how the law of attraction really works.
Just a note: there were quite a few typos in the text.

I gave this 4 * mostly because I found it full of information that is presented in an easy-to-read manner. I liked the way the book is divided into small sections that allows one to really digest the information. The vocabulary is for an educated adult but is not difficult, nor is it too "new age" in tone or wordage. The author provides a lot of resources for the interested student to utilize. If one is studying the Law of Attraction, or simply curious about it, this is a great book with which to start.
