hiç beklediğim gibi değildi. ben gerçekten oturup da tane tane sembollerin şekillerin anlamlarını iç yüzlerini çıkış noktaları anlatacak sanmıştım ama alakası bile yoktu. saçma bir şekilde çocuk çizimi gibi şekillerin altına bunun ismi bu falan filan diye yazmış. bir de bunu kitap diye basmış.

I loved this book - as a tour guide in one of London's Magnificent 7 Victorian cemeteries, my specialism is symbols. This little book increased my knowledge of them by defining their meaning and placing them in context.
After a brief introduction she considers Symbols and Symbolism, the Grammar of Symbols. And then goes onto discuss various cultures and continents use of symbols as a universal language and also as an affirmation of identity and tribal connection. It’s illustrated throughout with symbols and their meaning. There’s also a very useful glossary and resource section at the back.
A wonderful, useful little book which I originally borrowed from the library but ending up buying!
