I found this story implausible. It was exciting and popular in the 1920s, but, today, it is just not likely. It was just okay to me. Because I have read everything else by Stockley, I decided to finish it even though I had thoughts of abandoning it. It shows life in Rhodesia in the 1920s and is well-written.
