Pretty basic overview of types of interviews, pros and cons, how-tos. I didn't enjoy the areas where the author tried to be witty or add some personality into this; it seemed very forced and distracting. Otherwise, this is a fine intro for someone unfamiliar with interviewing for specific data.
It's a great book for everyone who's starting out on research, both qualitative and quantitative. It is a very complete and practical guide on how to plan and apply the main interview methods.
