Don't know how it measures up to the test but from a student's stand point this covered a great deal with easy to follow instructions. Only a few spots where steps were not accurate or slightly misleading but by the time I reached them I had developed enough of an understanding to figure it out for myself.

A great book covering all the required topics. Truthfully you won't pass just using any book due to the way the questions are presented in the Microsoft Exam. I did use an additional practise test and the book for reference. I also recommend a vlab which gives you the opportunity for some hands on experience using Server 2012. I built 3 servers and used those to configure various scenarios.

After having gone through the 411 portion of this, repeatedly, and done the labs, still found things on the 411 test that weren't even covered at all in this, or in the Microsoft training materials. Did manage a pass but not exactly first time around.
