I’m just going to start off by saying I don’t really know a lot about Manga, and to top it off I’ve read this as a one off to try and get me out of a slump.

Unintentionally I’ve picked it up and had no idea what was going on because I’d bought two of the books from this series and have no idea what the chronological order is or who the characters are/the background story so I can’t really give it a fair rating.

I’m not fun a lie it was a super weird read, I don’t even know how I ended with it on my book shelves but here we are!

While I generally consider myself a fan of the Alice in the Country of [...] series, the spin offs can definitely be a hit or miss. Any involving the Bloody Twins is already a bit of a lost cause as I don't like them as a romantic option at all. In the main series, they are cute as children and are clingy toward Alice in a sibling kind of way. In their spin offs, this one included, they become love interests and that just feels wrong in so many ways.

To get around the age issue, they can suddenly turn into adult versions. That still doesn't change that they are essentially children though. I also can't get around that the twins are always treated as a single pack, meaning Alice always treats them entirely equally and doesn't seem to differentiate or even view them as two individual people. The twins on the other hand don't seem to mind and are happy to be in a threesome kind of relationship with her. Add to that that this instalment is a tad more sexualised that the main series and the whole thing just feels really off putting given the characters age and general circumstances. The twins have never been my favourite characters but I like them well enough as younger siblings kind of characters - definitely nothing more than that though.

Wonderland is a strange place where nothing works the way it does in our world. People have clocks for hearts, day and night happen at random, only a select few people have faces, and nearly everyone is armed to the teeth. Alice has become accustomed to it, for the most part, but she's still surprised to wake up and discover that the Country of Hearts has somehow moved and become the Country of Clover. She's relieved that the twins, Dee and Dum, are still around and as happy to spend time with her as ever, but a new ability they've acquired since moving to Clover leaves her feeling disconcerted: they can now instantly transform their kid selves into adults and back again.

Alice felt comfortable around them when they were children. Being around them when they're adults feels weird. She finds herself feeling emotions she doesn't want to, which brings her face to face with her secret fear, that the twins will find someone else they like more and abandon her.

This was similar enough to what I remembered of Alice in the Country of Clover: Twin Lovers that I initially thought I'd read it before. This is part of the reason why I write reviews - I was able to confirm that what I was remembering was a completely different volume and that, yes, their overall storylines were incredibly similar. In both volumes, Alice was embarrassed by her attraction to the twins in their adult forms and worried that they'd ask her to choose between them. If I remember right, Twin Lovers was more focused on the twins vying for Alice's affections. In Bloody Twins, the primary focus was on Alice's internal conflict and the twins were more instantly willing to share Alice.

I'm just not that wild about Dee and Dum as romantic partners for Alice. Yes, they're hot, but they're very childish, and the whole "twins in love with the same person and willing to share" thing is a bit squicky for me. Also, they're not terribly interesting as characters, either on their own or in terms of what they bring out in Alice. I can't imagine Alice choosing between them because there's nothing that sets Dee apart from Dum, aside from their hairstyles when they're in adult form.

Still, there wasn't anything really bad about this, and Fujimaru's artwork was attractive. I love the slightly metallic cover art - the colors look fabulous. Story-wise, I particularly liked the scene where Alice tried to put a stop to the twins' teasing by turning the tables and becoming the more sexually aggressive one for once (as expected, this backfired on her, although the twins' briefly flustered reactions were great).

I was somewhat disappointed and confused when I reached the last third of this volume and the story switched from Alice, Dee, and Dum to four different very short stories featuring Alice and other Wonderland characters. They weren't even all in the Country of Clover.

The first, "I Love You," was set back in the Country of Hearts and featured Alice fretting over Gowland and whether he really saw her and loved her as she was. The second, "Where Are You Going?," was back in Clover and starred Boris and Alice. Boris wanted to live together with Alice, while Alice resisted out of worry that he'd leave her if he really got to know her for who she was (Alice's fear of abandonment and worry that others wouldn't love her if they really knew her crops up a lot in the series). Of all of these shorts, this one was probably my most favorite. Boris was a sweetheart. The third, "Twilight," starred Alice and Vivaldi and was as yuri as this series ever gets, with Alice worrying about Vivaldi and feeling jealous of her king. It's too bad that there are no longer storylines devoted to an Alice x Vivaldi pairing. The fourth, "Egoism," starred Alice and Blood. Blood was his usual heavily flirty self.

All in all, the explanations about how the Country of Hearts and the Country of Clover work would make this a decent starting point for anyone wanting to try a Country of Clover title (if you're entirely new to this franchise, I highly recommend reading Yen Press's Alice in the Country of Hearts omnibus volumes first), and Dee and Dum lovers should definitely check it out, but it's not the best Country of Clover title out there.

Extras:

Four full-color pages at the start of the volume, two one-page bonus comics, an Alice in the County of Clover "fun facts" page that includes some extra info about the characters in Clover, and an 11-page preview of Young Miss Holmes. Also, the back of the volume includes a 4-panel comic.

Oh mah God the cover's sparkly! O.O It's printed on pearlized paper--my mom used to sell the stuff, so she'd know--and is so pretty!!!!!! It makes me smile to just look at it! ...I think I'll just sit here and admire it for a while...

All right, ADHD moment over.

This one made me smile sooooooo much while I was reading. The first three "stages" as they're called is Alice dealing with the Bloody Twins, Dee and Dum. I smiled more because it was crazy funny and goofy than because of the pairing. Even though the twins can magically get older (not much of a spoiler, since they're sexy on the cover), I'm not sure how I feel about Alice falling for them, since they still act like they're little despite the body change.

The rest of the book is short blurbs (only a few pages) with Alice getting together with other characters. There's also a brief omake picking on a few scenes from the Bloody Twins section.

Yeah. Typing a review at 12:30am? I'm totally crazy!
I mean this is summer! I should TOOOOOTALLY be spending my summer SLEEPING. (During the school year, I get approximately 9 hours of sleep every night. During the summer, I get approximately 13 hours of sleep every night.)

ANYWAY . . . before I start my review, I have some things to state first.

1. I WATCHED THE ANIME FOR HEART NO KUNI NO ALICE (Alice in the Country of Hearts)!
2. Correction: I watched . . . PART of the anime. Like . . . the first 10 minutes.
3. The anime has the same characters and such, but it doesn't follow the exact plot line. In fact . . . it sort of confused me a bit. (Meaning: Guys. The manga is better.)
4. BUT if you guys are thinking about watching the anime (which is NOT an anime series, but a MOVIE), I suggest reading the books before you watch the anime. Otherwise, you'll be totally confused.
5. Even though I read the books before I watched the first 10 minutes of the anime . . . I got confused. :P But I'm sure you guys aren't as clumsy as me, are you???

Oh, and *TOMOKAZU SUGITA IS THE VOICE ACTOR OF NIGHTMARE!!! (*swooon)

Yeah, you guys probably don't know who that guy is......

Anyway, I just want to state something to start this review:

THIS BOOK CONFUSED ME LIKE FO-SHIZZLE!
Well, actually, all the books in the whole series sorta confused me.

Okay, so you guys know how this version of Alice In Wonderland is NOTHING like the original?
I mean, in this version, there is romance. And violence. And the characters are WAY, WAY, WAY different and COMPLETELY UNCOMPARABLE to the characters in that Disney cartoon Alice In Wonderland.

And you guys also know that this story is about Alice in a dream where everyone is in love with her?
And why on earth would she dream such a dream?
Well, apparently, the person she loved fell for her sister. So she got this desire for people to fall in love with HER.

Well, throughout the whole story, even though that might be the reason why she got into that dream, she really DOESN'T want to fall in love.

That's probably the first thing that confused me, but it makes the story kind of interesting.

She DOESN'T want to fall in love because she believes falling in love to be something painful. You'd get heart-broken and such.
She's RIGHT. I totally agree with her. And a bunch of people also agree that you can get hurt from falling in love, but for some reason, they fall in love anyway.

Somehow, love is worth all that.

ANYWAY, what really, really, really confused me were the relationships between Alice and all the characters in love with her.

Shall I list them?

PETER WHITE (the rabbit-eared pervert): I actually wanted Alice to be with this guy at first because he really seemed to love Alice. You know, the whole "I want to protect Alice no matter what" "I'll love Alice no matter what" "I want Alice" thing. And EVEN IF Alice calls him a pervert, I thought that maybe she'd end up with him.

BLOOD DUPRE (the hatter): THIS GUY was a jerk . . . but I guess I was curious about him, too. I thought that MAYBE in the story, he'd be the character that hated Alice at first but then . . . slowly . . . grew CLOSER to her and then THEY'D end up together!!

JULIUS (the clock . . . factory maker . . .): DUDE, didn't they have some sort of romantic moment in the second or third book?? Anyway, I had a feeling that maybe . . . Alice would end up with THIS GUY somehow, too . . .

ACE (the knight): Okay, I was given the impression that this guy was going to be Alice's. Doesn't she fall for this guy in the future???? (Not sure.)

TWEEDLE TWINS: Okay, I'm PRETTY SURE that in the first few volumes, they wanted to kill Alice.
And then in this volume, they're all MAKING OUT WITH HER??!?!! (e_e)

CHESHIRE CAT: Okay, with the ending of this book . . . Alice loves this guy, doesn't she?

There are probably more guys where that came from but . . . I FORGET THEM!!! (Maybe Nightmare is one . . . hmm.)

ANYWAY, with all of these people, WHO DOES ALICE LOVE?! Who loves Alice??? Who does she end up with?????
I have no idea. I have this really weird . . . feeling that . . . Alice is cheating one guy with another. How many people are there?? Six? Seven???
I mean she kissed a few of them and had romantic moments with all of them but . . . she can only end up with ONE, right??

That's probably what's confusing me the most right now. The romance, the romance . . . urrrrrgh . . .

Okay. So I'll go for the next Country of Clover book to see what else happens, but I'm just SO...SO CONFUSED.

And then there's the random violence that happens, too. It's like the violence is just . . . thrown in there.
GAAAAAAAAAH, I don't know!!! Maybe it's because I read this book at like 11pm and I was all sleepy.

Oh, and I noticed the art was different. Or is that just me?

So yeah. 3 sparkly sparkly stars. The idea is pretty original, don't get me wrong.
But the romance . . . I don't understand it . . .
AND OH MY GOD, there are too many people!!! How will she choose like that?!
She'll be breaking some hearts! NOOOOO, I DREAD reading about heart-breaking heroines! Like . . . BELLA FROM TWILIGHT! How DARE she do that to Jacob!!! (I've already killed her in my head like . . . 15 times.)

*(footnote): Tomokazu Sugita is the Japanese voice for Kyon from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and the voice of Hideki from Chobits (I haven't really watched Chobits before, but I just know. :P). He's the Voice Actor for Nightmare in the Alice in the Country of Hearts movie.
He's my favorite Japanese voice actor. Nightmare is probably my favorite character because of him. :D

"I'm so stupid..."

Yes. You really are. This is pedophilia no matter how you try and spin it. It's uncomfortable. Just because the woman is older doesn't change this fact. Sure, I want more fiction where it's not considered weird for the woman to be older than her man, but when they're MINORS and she's WAY OLDER that's just a no-no.

And even the others point out that they've only changed in appearance and not mentality or age. And she can't decide who likes better so even more NOPE.

Tell me, reader, what is your uncomfortable fetish? Is it two guys at once? Is it wanting your significant other to also be your child? Is it maybe-this-is-pedophillia-but-not-really confusion? Is it ignoring that twins are each unique individuals and treating them as two for the price of one? If it's all of the above, this is the perfect shallow wish fulfillment manga for you!

(Thank goodness half of this volume is random one-shots. I'm trying to complete this entire series and I don't think I could have handled more than half a book worth of this.)

The art is still insanely pretty and the guys are still gorgeous but, while the situations overall were some of the funniest, I could just not get over the fact that the Alice seems to get over the fact that the twins are kids a little too easily. Plus all the jokes on how ‘tired’ Alice must be after ‘spending time’ with the twins got a bit tired.
Not my cup of tea, but not bad enough that I regret reading it.

I wasn't as impressed with this book as I was with the "Country of Hearts" series. I'm hoping that Cheshire Cat Waltz is better (the Bloody Twins are just kinda weird, even when they're adults).

In this Alice Manga....

The Artwork: I actually liked this one a whole lot better than the previous one that I have read. It looks better and it is easy to focus on. I love the long hair, the beautiful anime eyes, the gorgeous scenery, and awesome costumes/outfits. <3

The Story: I liked the story just the romance choice...was weird. I also liked the little snippets of stories at the end too. They were cute and a nice touch.

The Characters: This time it's Dee and Dum. Who are twins from the country of Hearts and work for the head boss mafia the Hatter. The are both very violent and somewhat very childish (Well..seeing how they are children).

I also love all of the other characters but I assume they have their time. ;D

The Romance: A threesome. Not a big fan of those but this wasn't too terrible. The whole a child one minute and an adult the next kinda freaked me out. I'm just not into ...that. *shudders*

I wasn't expecting to enjoy this volume at all, but I have been happily proven wrong upon reading it. It's an interesting take on a relationship between Alice and the twins, but more importantly it also details some of the explanation about the difference between the setting of the Country of Hearts and the setting of the Country of Clover. If anyone is going to read an entry into the Country of Clover books as their first, I'd recommend this one unless you're really, really against Alice ending up with the twins.

That being said, towards the end of this book there are also several shorts of Alice with Gowland, Boris, Vivaldi, and Blood, so that was a fun little surprise. (I really don't feel like the Alice and Vivaldi relationship gets enough exploration.) I'm also very curious to learn more about Nightmare and Gray and their roles here, so there's that going in this volume's favor!

This is my favorite from the Alice in the Country of Clover series that I've read so far. But then, I've always had a thing for twins. I was unsure how I was going to feel about the story with them being children in the main series, Alice in the Country of Hearts, but Alice being uncomfortable with the twins sudden growth spurt at first made me ok with it.

The twins are still childish in some aspects, but that's to be expected considering they can still turn back into children at will. I wasn't particularly fond of them still calling her big sis. It would've been fun if instead of the snippets at the end, the twins and Alice had a conversation about what they were supposed to call her since they've become lovers. Over all not my favorite pairing, but it was a fun story and gave me tingles at times. If you know what I mean. Four out of five stars.

I love manga. Especially when they have good characters, and this manga has great characters! My favorite characters in the original manga Alice in the Country of Hearts were TwiddleDee and Twiddle Dum. So I loved reading this manga because it focused on them and the hypothetical question, what if Alice fell in love with someone who wasn't Blood? I really enjoyed it and I liked seeing the twins in their older forms! <3 TwiddleDee has my heart! The plot was fantastic and overall it's just a great story to read if you're feeling down. The twins are great at cheering you up!

I like the Bloody Twins fine as younger brother type characters, but absolutely not as romantic options. Even though they can shapeshift into adult forms in this volume, they're still children. Add to that that Alice is dating them as if they are one unit instead of two seperate people... yeah, this spinoff is not for me.

I would've rated this four stars (which is my default rating for a good story/manga/book/whatever) , but here's the thing.

I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHICH ONE WAS DEE AND WHICH ONE WAS DUM!

Seriously! I stared at the color pages and was thinking, "Thank GOD they don't have the same hairstyles in their adult form!" Since they were color-coded as Blue and Red, I thought that if I figured out who was the long-haired one or who was the short-haired one, I could finally settle once and for all who was who.

And that's when I ran into trouble.

You see, I executed this operation very SERIOUSLY. Within this single volume I pored over every panel that featured the twin(s) in search of defined details that were reminiscent of one twin only. Things like their hat button, the shapes on their shirt pockets, the parts in their hair, etc.

I thought I had it down: Based on my inferencing and careful observation, Tweedle Dum's hat has the card suits on his hat button in the formation of (clockwise, starting with North): Heart, Clover, Diamond, Spade. In retrospect, Tweedle Dee's hat button is, clockwise starting with North, Heart, Spade, Diamond, Clover.

Okay? Okay.

Just so you know, NONE of the "character sheets" are colored in, and the Twins' shirts are covered by their names, so that's why trying to figure out which bugger is which is so hard for me. And NO, I can't just look it up online..! This crazy investigation was while I was in the car with no internet access. .__. So keep reading my hardships!

Example Problem #1: The details on their hat buttons don't show up 90% of the time. That also means that when one twin is called out by his name, I can't match up that twin with the button, so that strategy is out.

Example Problem #2: Here's where I thought I finally nailed their identities. After the confrontation with Ace and Peter when they transformed into adults in front of Alice for the first time, they do a comical "Bigger/Smaller" demonstration of their power. One twin remains adult and the other turns small. Now, in one panel the long-haired brother's hair is parted to my right, in the next panel, the other brother's hair is parted to my left (while the long-haired brother transformed into a child and the former transformed into an adult). Now by the character sheet reference, the one with the hair part on MY right is Tweedle DUM, and the other one is Tweedle Dee.

Since I have the physical volume, I have color pages. The [adult] long-haired brother is wearing blue while the [adult] short haired one is wearing red.

By this conclusion, Red = Dee, Blue = Dum

Example Problem #3: In the story the twins meet up with Alice in their adult forms right after she kicks them out of her room (she declined joining with them for a bath). When they stroll in, the long-haired twin is carrying an octopus and the short haired twin is carrying a dolphin. Remember this for later.

Example Problem #4:
What the utter fuck!

I was so confused...so confused you guys!! God..damnit...

And then at the end there were little mini-love stories of the other Wonderland characters, but I was too mindfucked to really enjoy them.. :/

So yeah, that was my mindfuck for the day...

Ok... So I was a fan of In the Country of Hearts, and a bit pissed that Tokyo pop closed, but when I heard about In The Countey of Clover, I was expecting it to be similar. Visually it was similar, but It followed the storyline of Alice falling I love with Dee and Dum. Then at the end there were brief one shots of her falling for Vivaldi, Blood, the Cheshire Cat Boris and Gowan.... Even when I found out it was based on a video game I still didn't follow as to why Alice was so in love with each at the end. I know how dating games work, but since this is a manga series I'm not sure there will be a cohesive plot line.

Boris will get three or four volumes and then there's 'my Fanatic Rabbit' being released later. So I'm guessing each manga (or set of volumes) will be about a different plot line and love interest for Alice.

If this is what you are looking for, or if you love the dating game then I recommend this.

Plot: Alice and the Hatters' mansion has moved into the Country of Clover. Dee and Dum show Alice that they have the ability to grow or shrink their bodies, they still call her Big Sis. They are not blood related but if any form or hint of sibling love bothers you just be aware. The actual plot takes a back seat to their growing love, there's an assembly but we aren't sure what's going on or what's being decided because we are reading about Alice blushing or thinking about the twins. The twins are just as bloody and violent as ever, they kill, they slice and they enjoy it. There are hot kissing scenes and a lot of blushing, but the 16+ age recommendation is mostly for the suggestiveness rather than anything hotter.

All in all I will buy the first Waltz of the Cheshire Cat to see if it's better, or just about her falling in love with Boris. Good artwork, good size, and interesting.

3.5 over all. I loved the original country of heart books, and I really enjoyed the two stories about Julius. :) he's so gloomily sweet. But when i read the other books in the series, like "my fanatic rabbit" and "the mad hatters tea party" I was really disappointed. So, I was a little waery when I started "Alice in the country of clover"

But I was pleasantly surprised this time. I really liked "the bloody twins." It was cute and sweet. I LOVE the twins! They're so freaking cute! Of course, the idea of the assembly was good, but we didn't get to see much of it. (We were to busy watching Alice swoon over dee and dum.) I liked the introduction of a few new characters, and seeing nightmare outside of Alice's dreams.

And art work was great too. :) I loved Alice's outfit for the assembly.

My one complaint is that she really shouldn't have fallen for the twins in the first place. I know they have adult bodies, but mentally, they're still children. They even keep calling her big sis. Talk about creepy.

(And towards the beginning of the book Alice tells blood to not make her sound like a creepy . . .well, after all this, how can we not?)

That aside, it really was good.I can't wait to start the Cheshire Cat Waltz.

Double the trouble, Double the fun!

I loved the twins they are so much fun to be around and their older selves are very sexy. I only wish their story was longer than a one shot. I think my favorite part about this manga though is getting to see a bit more of Alice's personality with in each book. Even as short as this volume is you always see a some growth in Alice from the beginning of the book to the ending. She deals with a lot of new emotions that many of us has gone through at one point or another which makes her seem more real to me. I also like that her reactions are a believable and she doesn't just go along with whatever is going on. She has strong emotions and she is not afraid to show it.

Despite this being based on an otome game Alice doesn't let any of the characters push her around like many otome heroines do. She has a backbone which is nice to see.

The Twins are so funny I liked them the best so far because they always put a smile on Alice's face. Most of the time they are just carefree and easy going, but they are great friends and fiercely loyal once they get attached to someone.

A great volume to start off a new series of Alice in the Country of Clover!

9-7-2022:
I adore the ~no kuni no Alice series, and Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum are some of my favourite characters. They are absolutely adorable and deadly and I'm a big fan. Yet, I just can't get behind this couple, as a relationship. Yes, I love all characters involved. Yet together, there's this icky factor I can't get over. Dee and Dum are too young. They just are. And I think Quinrose realised this, which is why, unlike in Heart, in Clover Dee and Dum can switch between their child and adult bodies.
This does not make it better. Okay, it makes it a little better, but it doesn't make it good. There are comments on how they are still so childlike. And while Alice is definitely also still a teenager herself, this just feels wrong.

Luckily, half of the book is focussed on other couplings. And it's not as if the writing or the art is bad, it's really not. The story is actually pretty fun, if you can forget that Dee and Dum are children. Which is hard to do. Wonderland morals are different and all that. It's just a really weird thing to read.

9-2-2020: The twin focused books are always kind of weird tbh

On the positive side the poly relationship between Alice, Dee, and Dum is relatively healthy(Most of the relationships in the book of this series that I've read so far are really toxic and manipulative there are a couple of mentions that the brothers would kill each other if Alice chose one over the other and some violence between the brothers but this book is comparatively very mild). On the negative side is a single chapter side story involving the Queen of Hearts, Vivaldi, that seems to point to an interest between her and Alice but makes it clear that they could never be together because of the King(Even though he has multiple affairs that he flaunts for everyone to see and Alice attributes Vivaldi's bad mood to that situation), Vivaldi and Alice would make an awesome couple and I wish we could see that in the books but at least we get a glimpse of Alice's feelings toward Vivaldi.

In the Country of Hearts, Alice got to know how all the different players in the game and how the world works. Now the world has changed, and it's the Country of Clover. The relationships that Alice forged in the Country of Hearts each start to take on a romantic edge in Clover. In this volume, it's the bloody twins' - Dee and Dum - turn to have their chance to win Alice's heart.

And...it's not very good. Everything is incredibly forced. The twins aren't my favorite characters to begin with - I'm not a fan of shota types - but they take on a creepy tone in this story. I'm just glad it's one volume, though still a waste of time.

There are a few short stories at the end that are somewhat amusing.

2.5

I almost skipped this one, because I knew it would squick me a bit - and not because of the menage aspect as much as the whole fact that the twins are introduced as younger, can mangic their bodies bigger but as still esentially little kids, and even still call Alice 'Big Sis'... so, yeah...

That said, my biggest issue with the book, really, is that only half of it is with the Bloody Twins, and the other half are various shorts - one with Gowland, one with Vivaldi and one with Blood.

I'd like Vivaldi to get her own story. Never really considered Gowland, though.

But I guess I just would've liked the twins to be a bit developed, and they weren't at all - they're pretty much as they are in every other story.

Though the twins have never been and are still not my favorite characters in this series, this was really cute! Definitely much, MUCH bolder than the main Country of Hearts manga, and even so far in Cheshire Cat Waltz, but I was pretty much expecting that (even though the end of the main portion had me going, "WHOA... WHAT JUST HAPPENED?! o_o"). The little one-shots at the end, though... I don't know, GowlandxAlice and VivaldixAlice just aren't my cup of tea. I surely hope at some point or another, poor Pierce gets a one-shot, or even a full manga, because to my knowledge there isn't a PiercexAlice manga yet. I know that has nothing to do with Bloody Twins, but that would make me happy. X3

Glad to see that Alice in the Country of Hearts, which was discontinued when Tokyopop ceased operations, has continued the story in a new series, Alice in the Country of Clover. I like the style of this series. It's a fun manga inspired by Alice in Wonderland, except that Alice is a teenager and most of the strange, violent inhabitants of this surreal wonderland seem to fall in love with her. In this volume, the gatekeeper twins Dee and Dum start fawning over Alice and seem to delight in putting her in a number of extremely awkward positions. All in all, it's an appealing story, but I do get confused about what's going on sometimes.

The new Country of Clover is merely vague background to the twins Dee and Dum relentlessly smothering Alice with their not-so-innocent love. I would say this is shota, but Alice is rather young herself, and all of the 'advanced' kissing takes place with the twins as adults. (Adult in body only, however, which maintains the disturbing factor.) The rest of the manga is a jumble of arbitrary character appearances, almost as irrelevant as the sudden background change.
I wanted to like this series, as I'm into Alice In Wonderlandesque stuff--and the reverse harem doesn't hurt either--but it's neither well written nor especially well drawn.

I'm glad we're all getting more Alice in the Country of Hearts/Clover/Joker books. This one didn't disappoint me at all and I enjoyed how it'll only focus on one guy from the game to be with Alice (or in this case two guys). I also enjoy the one-shots at the end.

What confuse me though is how some people are confuse with this book or the whole series. I'm not sure if they looked up the game or not and/or do research on the series, or maybe their just confused by this book. I don't know how it's confusing, but maybe we just all think differently about this :).

In this book I loved it would not dare miss read this tittle again, I thought it was a boring old book, but nope it turned out to be pretty good. For people who like Romance and nekos (cat in Japaneses) they will love how this plot twist and story goes, however it does play with one emotions and has some real life problems within the story. I only suggest those with a strong heart to stay with this kind of detail rate in this book like ages 16 or up since almost all should have seen such damage happen in the real world. thanks for reading my post any comments to add?
