Jenks Maine has really mucked up a lot of people's lives and has created horrors unimaginable. Ace, Colt and Brynn set out to clean up the mess that Jenk's has left behind. One of those messes is Ely'Shea, "Personal Liaison Assistant by his [Jenk's] title ,Slave by hers." Ely's head has been fitted with a inhibitor chip that has allowed Jenk's to keep her under his dirty thumb. Serving and fulfilling his orders like a slave. Ace, once a target of Jenk's is now on a mission. His mission takes him to a planet where he meets Ely. Little do they know of one another accept for the instant connection they share.
Destroy the Clash Arena and set the captives free are at the top of the agenda for Ace, Colt and Brynn. Sneaking onto the planet by way of Jenk's space ship is a brilliant plan. Soon Ace and Ely discover whom the other is and what that means for the Arena.... you'll just have to read.
All in all, Clash offers an adventurous tale in space and another strong heroine. I believe there is enough back story that this book could be read without book one but then you would miss out on Colt and Brynn's story and the fall of Jenk's. However you choose to read this one it'll surely entertain!

Very good. I really enjoyed Ace's story. I liked his character in the first book and was glad to see he got his own story.
