Honestly this a great book for people who eventually want to get into scuba diving. I feel like it provides enough general information that can be looked into more if the reader wants to know more. Plus it’s a DK book so it already is an amazing book’
I couldn’t resist posting my review of this book on a gorgeous blue Monday when I can’t stop fantasising about swimming in a lake, ocean, pool … Anywhere at this point.
This book is perfect for anyone who does scuba dive or is thinking about taking it up. it contains information about scuba diving such as history, equipment, diving environment, diving skills, diving types, underwater life but most importantly to me it contains the best places to dive. I haven’t had the chance to dive in ages thanks to mr covid but I can’t wait to take it up soon. With arthritis and swollen joints being in water gives me a sense of weightlessness and freedom I don’t get on land … one day I wanna be Ariel when I grow up 🧜♀️
Have you ever scuba dived? If so where and what did you think.
I read this book while social distancing Covid-19. I really enjoyed reading this book because it contains many information about scuba diving such as history, equipment, diving environment, diving skills, diving types, underwater life, and places to dive. I rarely dive and it's been a long time since my last diving, so I really excited read this. I imagine myself diving and enjoying the beautiful bottom of the ocean, wow...what a nice imagination :D I wish Covid-19 pandemic will end soon and everything back to normal :)
