I picked up this tiny little book a few years ago after taking a class about creating your own spa remedies. I think the teacher of that class recommended this book. It's extremely useful and includes daily rituals for skin, cleansing routines, how to make your own herbal toothpaste, how to make a sweet and nutty snack mix, how to take care of your hair, staying cool and dry even when it's muggy outside, etc.
