Not Completely Dead

A young girl—near death from an automobile accident—is taken aboard a downed spacecraft where she is restored to perfect health. After being observed by space aliens for some time, she is finally released to Earth wearing special jewelry created by machines within the spacecraft. She is being chased by agents who want to get her jewelry because they realize it is rare and very valuable. She is given truth serum to determine where she obtained the jewelry. She is placed in her car by the sheriff and driven into a steep ditch. Found again, she is taken back on board the spacecraft and restored to health with changes in her appearance. Given a new identity, she is returned to earth in a different location with enough jewelry to keep her wealthy for life.
