It was my con to end all cons. Three billionaire brothers looking for a surrogate. All I needed was just one of them to choose me. I never imagined it would be all three.
My name is Memphis King, and I’m a trailer park princess, but my thick-with-manure surrogacy application would suggest otherwise. Rich-blooded debutante. Yale graduate. Tennis champion. Yeah, right.
The truth is I have one brother in jail, another brother in rehab, and my con-artist ex just took off with all my money. I didn’t want to play this grift, but my ex left me no choice…
To say I was a little shocked when the gorgeous AF Remington brothers wanted to hire me as their surrogate, would be like saying the sun is a little warm up close. And I was about to be engulfed in flames…
Especially, when the brothers asked me if I wanted to do the job the old-fashioned way…
There’s Remington, the chief executive hunk. Driven by power, I love the way he makes me submit.
Boone is a sensitive and caring doctor, who is determined to examine every inch of my body.
And then there’s Wells the tortured artist. He loves to paint me like one of his French girls. And when he looks at me, I feel like my ship is about to sink.
I know the game is over the second they find out I’m not their Ivy league queen with impeccable baby-making genes. But these playboys have their secrets too…
Turns out, I might not be the only one running a con here.
18+ Only. Billionaire Brother's Surrogate is an extra spicy laugh-out-loud standalone why choose romance (formerly titled Meet the Surrogate). HEA guaranteed!
This book just hit the spot! It was a super refreshing and light-hearted reverse harem that by writing standards isn't the best but sometimes a girl just needs to read about being wooed by three billionaire brothers who are obsessed with you. While all of Rebel Bloom's books do follow the same format, I also believe her writing and plots are evolving, this one was longer than her usual books and had a sprinkle of angst that I appreciated.
"They don't keep nobodies for longer than absolutely necessary." Pg. 320
I absolutely love this author. I have read most of her books at this point. I love that she adds some comedy to her writing. (The babysitting scene, in this case. I was laughing so hard I woke up my husband.) The only thing I didn't like about this book was all the lies. I get that it was the main premise of this book, but did it have to be? And then the MMCs are upset at the FMC for lying when they themselves were lying? Not JUST that, but they were downright CRUEL to her towards the end and she just forgave them in like 2 days... It would be one thing to forgive the lies, it's hard to be upset at someone for lying when you yourself lied, but their treatment of her was just awful. I could have really done without that at the end.
That being said, overall I did enjoy the book. I still love this author, I will read more of her books. But I don't see myself rereading this one in the future.
***Spoilers Ahead***
Memphis is used to conning her way through adulthood thanks to her crappy ex. So one night when she is drunk she decides to con her way into a surrogacy program. She claims to be a well educated woman from high society, when in reality she is a "trailer park princess" with her GED. How hard could it be to keep up a lie for a year? She will get paid $200,000 for being a surrogate and during her pregnancy she will have a place to live, food to eat, she will be able to continuing taking care of her brothers, and anything else she might need.
Remington, a CEO with a dark side. Boone, a sweet and caring surgeon. Wells, an artists with his own trauma. They each need to have a baby in the next five years in order to receive their inheritance. They may not want children, but in a world with nannies and boarding schools, how hard can kids be? But after meeting Memphis they have one problem, they all want her to be their surrogate.
Next thing she knows she is getting an offer for millions of dollars instead of $200,000. In exchange, each of the brothers want to use her as a surrogate. Which means three babies, and not one. And five years of dedication, instead of one. If she thought one year would be hard, how will she handle five? Especially when she is catching feelings, and struggling to keep her lies believable.
It soon becomes pretty obvious that they didn't choose Memphis because of her "good education" and societal standing. They each have their own reasoning, but it all comes from the same place.
And no, it's not their hearts, not yet anyway.
With a baby on the way, and hearts on the line, what happens when those secrets and lies are bound to come to light?
I absolutely adored this book! It expertly balanced romance and steamy content, making for a captivating read. The BDSM elements were skillfully integrated, striking the perfect balance - intense yet not overwhelming.
While I enjoyed the story, I felt that the groveling could have been more pronounced and the forgiveness perhaps a tad more earned. Additionally, the sibling dynamic was initially unsettling, but fortunately, the author handled it tastefully, avoiding inappropriate interactions. The pregnancy trope also made it a bit more interesting and intimate for me.
Overall, this book has secured a spot among my favorites, and I'd highly recommend it to fans of romance and erotic fiction seeking a compelling, well-crafted narrative. So 5/5
I really like this RH by Rebel Bloom. There is a lot of pain, push and pull between Memphis and her men. Down on her luck she creates a fake profile of herself to land her this job. To be a surrogate for one of the sexy brothers. Remington was all business, wells was the artist and Boone was the sexy surgeon. They all need to have a child in order to fulfill their inheritance and they all wanted Memphis. A business contract for 5 years and three children the old fashion way. Memphis is for a load of trouble when she falls for these playboys. And they fall for her in return but is not always hearts and flowers.
Oh this book was everything I wanted it to be. It was hilarious (started with an attack with a sex toy), emotional and over the top steamy. I loved how real the story felt especially when the Hawke brothers were bumbling around in their relationship with Memphis and screwing things up and Memphis having a short fuse on her anger. Her voice in my head was just full of that southern twang that makes you think she's all innocent and sweet when really she's a spitfire little brat underneath. The brothers all have their own personalities and they each show through strongly in the book. Sometimes when there's a harem the characters all blend together as if they are there just to give another appendage to the bedroom, but not in this case. It was especially funny when the boys call Knox and he knows who he's talking too just by how they are reacting on the phone. It was funny and really hit home how unique the three of them were. The supporting characters were also fully fleshed out in this story and not just there are movable pieces. You really knew them well and felt they held an integral part to the story. Bea bringing her kids over for the brother's first interaction was just hilarious. I could only picture the scene thinking this would make a great rom-com movie. I can't wait to read more stories from Rebel Bloom if all her books are as fun and entertaining as this one was.

I wish I could give this a 10!! Memphis is hands down my favorite character this year! She’s off the charts funny, feisty, feminine, and the nicest person ever! Remy, Boone, and Wells need her so badly: to help them see the world in a new light. She raised herself and 2 slightly younger brothers by herself: basically had nothing except an absent father and an abusive mother. The Hawke brothers had a loving mother til she passed away suddenly and then they were shuttled off to horrible boarding schools.
Trust and communication are key to any relationship: Memphis lied about her past to the guys. They need a surrogate but don’t tell her the whole truth about why. The sexual attraction is beyond amazing and Memphis learns so much about herself. Remy is dominant, Boone is a surgeon, and Wells is an artist: they teach her while learning more about themselves.
Rebel outdid herself with this story! The humor, the drama, and the sexual tension made for a heartwarming, super steamy, and emotional experience. The support characters add so much to the depth and development of the story. The dialogue is filthy fun at times and heartbreaking at others. The HEA is awesome!!.

Billionaire brothers Remington (H), Wells (H) and Boone (H) have five years to father children to satisfy the terms of their controlling father’s will and turn to an agency to help find them surrogates. Memphis (h) is on her own after her con-artist ex leaves with her money and she makes up an identity to join the surrogacy agency. All three brothers want her as mother to their children and she finds herself under contract to all of them. But the four soon find that they’d rather fulfill the contract the old-fashioned way rather than going the clinical route. As their relationship with one another deepens, they’ll have to face a lot of challenges and secrets to reach their HEA. I read a fair bit of RH romance and this is one of the very few that I can honestly say I really liked all of the MCs in the relationship and everyone seemed really well fleshed out and didn’t feel like an extra added into the relationship just to bring the body count up. In addition, the side characters really added to the story too – loved Memphis’s relationship with Jake, Peter, Bea, homeless young man, Carter, her brothers. Plenty of ultra-hot and steamy RH action with some BDSM and a bit of kink.
Pretty much everything you expect from a Rebel Bloom book.
There are some limits pushed compared to prior books, including a public scene.
I do have an issue, which is why this book lost a star compared to many of her others that I've read.
I'm just not a fan when characters, particularly the guys, deliberately hurt each other. Warning, we're getting into spoiler territory.
When they rushed to take care of her after her ex showed up, I was hopeful that they were going to be smart and deal with things correctly. That hope grew when they talked to her brother.
So it honestly felt like a slap to the face when they were so cold to her. It was cruel, and cutting her off from everyone wad borderline inhumane. And, as Bloom does every time she writes this trope, forgiveness is given far too easily. The reason why this book retained 4 stars instead of the 3 I've given other books of hers where things like this happen is because they do, eventually, mention therapy (though far too late, and there's no evidence it actually happens).
Not your typical reverse harem book. While you watch the house of cards being built you’ll continue to make up your own course, but will you choose the correct path. Everyone has their own agenda.
Memphis is a woman who has been taken for a ride by her ex, who has basically left her penniless. She’s baked up this scheme to become a Surrogate Mother to some unsuspecting family. She builds her resume and background on one lie after another. A house of cards she hopes will remain intact to ensure her a big payday.
Then there’s the 3 Hawke brothers who are running out of time to cash in on an inheritance if an heir is not produced by a certain date.
Now the game is a foot.
Throughly enjoyed this storyline. The characters are full of substance and you’ll enjoy getting to know them. It’s a quick read, great for a weekend in the sun.
Happy reading📖🌻
I received an advance copy of this book from the Author via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving an honest an unbiased review.
That's a 4.5 star read for me.. I was like holy hell this book has it all streamy sex, emotions, and of course humour and wit in this book is off charts. Never have I thought that i would love ready a RH book again, because thats not the troop i usually go for but this book really kept me hooked throughout I literally devoured the book.
This was an amazing light hearted and super exciting book with all the twists that kept us hooked throughout the story. I really love how the characters in this book turned out to me. Moreover I appreciate how delicately the author planned and portrayed the characters without leaving any of the mentioned names behind. At the end all the characters were having their own life which was lovely as it didnt leave me hanging or imagening what happened to certain people.
And of course I guess i have mentioned it earlier as well but the story was hilarious and had me laughing so damn hard that people are now questioning my sanity.! 🤣 But obviously it was all worth it..
Ok so let me preface by saying that this book was the first book I had read by Rebel Bloom. I went into it with a semi preconceived notion that it would be pretty similar to other reverse harem books I have read, where the plot isn't the greatest and the scenes between the partners is not very well written and lacking. So as they say don't judge a book by its cover & also don't compare it to other books either. My preconceived notion went right out the window within just a few pages of reading this book. Let me just say that this book surely did not disappoint. Holy shit the scenes were hot and steamy, especially the kitchen island scene. ;) The way the story unfolded and the guys each were effected by Memphis so differently was refreshing to read. Was the story line predicable? Yes as they normally are with this type of book, but it did throw a small curveball I hadn't expected, with Charlie. When all along I originally suspected Mrs Hathe would spill the beans. This book was very well written and had pieces in it to hit almost every emotion. Humor (the first babysitting mayhems especially), compassion, love, sadness, and even anger. But Rebel tied all those things together to give readers a book full of spice, hot men, southern sass, and a wonderful happily ever after. This is a must read!! If this is on your shelf read it right now!!!! You won't regret it!
It was funny, entertaining and had a plot. Be a was of course my favorite character with Jake.running a close.second. I was hoping for more violence especially when it came.to.charlie. A little.vague on how Charlie and Jackson got.into the compound. As I read and had a question...most were answered as unread further. A few inconsistencies but nothing major! Are Jake and Jackson a thing.... Would have liked to have the author explore that scenario a little more--- just for $hits and giggles!?. The babies... Yea! They got their babies plus and it ended well for the family. One mention of the Mrs H and then they were married?! Would have liked a little more in that department as well. Was Pete already married or.did he get married.... The books mentions ' long.overdue honeymoon'??
But I expect nothing less from this author - she is one of my favorites for a reason!
I love the author but I held off reading this book because as a two-time surrogate or GC (gestational carrier), I knew it would have many flaws. Only in an alternate universe is this storyline possible. But, taking the reality of true surrogacy out of the equation, I enjoyed this book immensely. That said, an agency would have vetted all potential surrogates before introducing them to any intended parents. Also, most surrogates are gestational surrogates (no relationship to the baby they’re carrying) and not traditional surrogates who use their own eggs. Also, surrogates are supposed to have their own children first and be done having children before becoming a surrogate (there are exceptions to this rule but they are very rare). And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. But again, once I let go of what I know about surrogacy, I just enjoyed the ride. Ms. Bloom writes wonderful characters and I love her sense of humor.
I really enjoyed this book and all the main characters have a back story which has shaped them to who they are, they have suffered pain and trauma. Three hot billionaires who need a surrogate (don’t tell her the real reason why) and Memphis the surrogate who is lying about her background/ upbringing. I have to say the part where Bea drops her 4 kids off the first time had me howling with laughter, the 💩 on Well’s legs and Remy vomiting in to a vase and Boone chasing the eldest around was just brilliant. It was also great when her brothers came in to the picture and how they have all moved on with their lives. I know they loved all the kids but I kinda wanted to know who was the actual Daddy was to each kid but still a great story.
I love the depth and length of the book by Bloom. Bloom is my favorite RH author because of the amazing steamy sections. Steamy really doesn’t come close to describing Blooms writing. Needless to say I have finished all her books and have been waiting for more. This book has all the steam, but has the length to the book to make it not just about steam but story and character depth as well. I loved the characters and the story line, the brothers a amazing but the sass from Memphis is wonderful. Of course the banter between characters was spot on. I can’t wait for another book!
I’ve read all of Rebel Blooms RH books and this one is the most liked. I’m a Georgia girl through and through so I loved that the main female character had a southern accent. Memphis started the entire surrogate process with conning plans but the reasons behind her intentions were so pure. She thought that she needed to take care of her adult brothers due to their upbringing when she really needed to live life for herself. Remington, Boone, and Wells also started the surrogate process for selfish reasons of their own. Read to see what happens when lies and truth collide with each other.

This was well written and sweet. These men and hot but so much emotional trauma. My issue was the fmc. She's supposed to be a thief and former con artist even if she didn't like it, but she acted like a sweet naive 12 year the whole time. She goes in for a con. Ut does zero research on the life style ana quick Google search would've given her so many answers on how to act and behave. But she acts like a country bumpkin and they guys that grew up rich don't notice? Plus she is just way too nice and friendly to everyone, to the point that it was unrealistic and super annoying.
okay here’s the thing-i loved memphis so freaking much and i did enjoy the book, but the guys literally kept fucking up and doing hurtful things. like not doing aftercare/fucking threatening people to ignore her so she wouldn’t have friends like wtf. after the resolution they were a lot more likeable but for the most part they kinda sucked and memphis deserves the 🌎
‘I felt fluttering in my stomach as I watched her and stared at her stomach in awe. “I fucking have butterflies.”’
‘“Seeing y’all with Maggie gave me Remy’s butterflies.” I stroked her hair out of her face and kissed the tip of her nose. “Those weren’t my butterflies, sweetheart. I’ve still got mine.”’
Entertaining a d funny at times. All the characters are lovable in their own way. If you are into brothers sharing a woman, this is a good book for you.
There is a spanking theme that I believed with one brother, but not the multiple as in this story. All the spanking just bored me.
Relatively low angst ND drama, although there is some. I got tired of the Mfc always hiding.
This is my second book by this author. She's good at writing the whole group RH theme. But it becomes a bit formulaic. Also, all love scenes except the first one or two are always group scenes that are a bit u tense for an innocent MFC.
I absolutely loved reading Billionaire Brother’s Surrogate!!! All about Memphis King a women in her mid-twenties & The Hawke brothers, Remy, Wells and Dr. Boone. Seems in order to keep the mansion they grew up in, they had to each produce an heir within five years. So they hired somebody to interview women to find the right fit for each of them. A last minute entry was Memphis King, and she set-up the ultimate con, and the Hawke brothers bought it hook line & sinker. Read about Memphis & the Hawke brothers and see if she can deliver!!! Lots of emotion and plenty of toe curling occurs! Definite Read!!!!
I never laughed so hard in my life I had tears I love this book so much I couldn't put it down ..... Rebel Boone you are an amazing writer and I am excited to get to your next book I'm hooked You have a fan that will buy every book you own anytime you put a book out I've already bought every book you've already written based off of the first three books but this book oh my God had me in tears I laughed so hard it's funny it's sassy it's romantic teary-eyed a million emotions rolled up into one amazing book thank you for making such an amazing book and storyline
This is the 5th Rebel Bloom book I’ve read and my least favorite… there were a couple of points where I was just so conflicted over all the lies that I almost didn’t finish the book. It was well written, very spicy, why choose romance but the deception in both sides was more than my heart could handle. If you like moments where you’d scream to just be honest over and over then you’ll love this book… if you are searching for a why choose book and haven’t read this author I would definitely start with one of her other books before this one… was happy with the ending and resolution to all problems.
I’ve been enjoying these books a lot. A lot of RH books tend to be weak plots and all spice, which just isn’t my thing. I’ve found Rebel’s books to have a surprising amount of plot which makes them really enjoyable to read without sacrificing the spice. I also like that they’ve got a touch of conflict but not too angsty, so I can still read it as just a light read without being wrecked emotionally.
This book in particular I really enjoyed, it’s my favorite of all of Rebel’s books. I also love the bonus sweetheart Jake in this one! He really got to me later in the book, how well he cared for her.
Fun read, MFC is hilarious and sweet. Well written.
This is another super fun read by this author and I have to say I loved the dynamic between the characters, per usual ;D Memphis was strong and feisty - and desperate. Wells, Remy and Boone, three brothers, were wonderful and I loved following Memphis along as they all fell in love. The humour and drama was great and I loved how her relationship developed with each brother. You can expect a highly entertaining reading ride when you dive into this story, and like me, be anxious for the next Rebel book to come out :D
This book had poor trailer girl looking for a buck. 3 rich brothers trying to get their inheritance by having babies. The book has spice lots, has RH (even though the brother thing is a little taboo for me), surrogacy pregnancy turned love. You cry, you laugh (oh the leaving Bea’s kids with the men hahhhah so good. Memphis is a strong character, acted her age, and was in tune with her likes and wants. The men all were major book boyfriend vibes, a little of everything. Great happy ending.
This is the second book I have read by this author and I loved it. It is laugh out loud funny. The babysitting scene - hysterically funny. Lots of tears of laughter as well as a few others. Storyline worked and I felt the author excelled at the tricky balance of sauce to storyline. Loved the MFC and could hear her southern drawl in my head. Great supporting characters. The synopsis had initially put me off this book but because I had enjoyed another by her I am glad I ignored it and read it. Synopsis does not do it justice. A must read HEA.
Memphis came from a life of poverty and barely any family. When she met the Hawke brothers and was chosen to be their surrogate because of something in their fathers will, she had not been truthful on her application.
As time went on she grew fond of the brothers and vice versa. She had fallen in love but the lies came out and there was some turmoil among them. In the end Memphis went from barely having a family to being surrounded by so many people she loved.
I loved the spice!!!! I devoured this book in 1 day. I laughed so hard that I cried. I could not stop laughing when Bea brought her offspring over for the first time. Like literally ugly crying laughing my butt off. Bea and Memphis are just too much fun together. The brothers are all kinds of hot and have their own issues to work on. In the end everyone is on the same page and love is in the air everywhere. I really enjoyed this book, I might still be laughing. There is tons of drama, spice and plenty of laughs in this book.
What a fantastic book. I knew it would be great when I burst out laughing from reading the opening sentence. The 3 brothers are all wonderful and reading their struggles and growth was great. The main star though is Memphis, she is one of the best characters I’ve read in a long time, I loved her sassiness, her great big heart and her unique way of looking at life. This book has humour, lots of heat and a great back story of all the characters learning to love together. This is my first book of Rebel’s and I’ll definitely be reading more.
