I saw this used book recommended on Facebook by a foraging page I follow and found it for just a few dollars. It was so worth it! It is massive, beautifully illustrated and a wealth of information. Our family forages quite a lot and I have found so many new recipes to try. Do note that it's British, so not all plants are found here in the states and recipes use metric weights instead of our traditional cups as measurement. Highly recommended though.

Gorgeous country herbal book with stunning full color plates. I wish I could figure out a way to add a photo of this one here. This is the most wonderful book with recipies for both culinary and herbal medicine use.

I am enjoying this book and will be referring to it time and again for recipes and help in identifying herbs and wild plants.
