Harlequin bernuansa dark romance ini menurutku agak hilang kesan 'darknya'. novel harlequin sih emang gini-gini aja😂 Jangan terlalu berharap alur panjang, latar lengkap dan mendetail deh. Tentunya kalau harlequin itu lebih condong ke romannya sih😁 Adegan 'kangen-kangenan' mereka ini sue sumpah. Kurang gregetnya. Tarik ulur alurnya agak ngemohin sih😓

FBI agent Diana Reyes is trying to deal with her feelings for Ryder, her love of being human, her love of her job, her want to do what is right is fighting with her love of him and the lure of the supernatural.

So she asks for some space while she investigates death and destruction. He has to deal with some of the vampire politics going on but is determined that she should have what she wants from life. Even if that does mean letting her go.

It's sweet and the characters do have to deal with issues in their lives rather than ignoring them. The dicotomy between life as a human and unlife as a vampire is quite clear here. Also the characters came across as very in love as well as quite well drawn.

This book was a quick read. It was about an FBI agent who has fallen in love with a vampire. She loves me but is not sure if she is ready for a permanent relationship. This is about the hero and heroine trying to come to terms with her acceptance of his vampire ways.

Oh! What a roller coaster ride!! I was angry, confused, determined, upset, perplexed, baffled, elated and finally accepting..though the fact that it ended was not one of my concessions. ;-). Now I REALLY can't wait to see what happens next.

another love between vampire and human which i like.

in this story, Diana is confused if she want permanent relationship with Reyes the vampire.
I really like the hero character, so protective but also giving space and understanding to the heroine. Thumb up for the hero

"Than" and "then" are two totally different words; they cannot be used interchangably. What is it with authors AND editors not understanding this?
